Welcome to Young Life Redlands' Home Page! Established for more than 30 years in Australia and globally since 1941, Young Life is a non-profit Christian organisation passionate about connecting with young people, providing strong and positive influences in their lives. Young Life seeks to reach out to young people and foster a sense of purpose and value in their lives through meaningful relationships with adult role models. Young Life Redlands, is only the second Young Life area to operate in Queensland. Through partnership with the Redlands Church of Christ, we officially commenced in September, 2007, and so are still in our infancy! Our launch and fundraising dinner in April is to inform members of our local churches and surrounding community of our presence and to invite them to join with us in this exciting new venture! Young Life in our Redlands district is made up of local people who care about local young people enough not to wait for them, but to walk into their world. Whether that's their school yard, the local shops, skate park or any other hangout. Building long term, unconditional friendships with young people, serving and supporting high school communities and parents, giving young people opportunities to discover what life is really all about in positive environments is what's made YL leaders so sort after by schools, parents & churches.
