This mandate characterises our ministry to the young people we interact with.

The relationships we build, the values we instil, the support we give, and even the issues we challenge them on, stem from our commitment to demonstrating wisdom and grace in how we walk with young people.

Young Life was born out of a pastor’s heart to connect with young people in their world, and open wide the door to faith in Christ, through connection, care and example.

In every community we serve in, it is our partnership with local churches that allows us to be effective in planting young people in the family of God.

Ways your church can be involved

Partnering Pastors

When local pastors have come alongside Young Life during our events and activities, we have seen the tremendous impact it has on young people and their impression of church.

Caring Members

There is so much opportunity to partner with us through volunteering your time with us. From praying with us, to helping at a breakfast or BBQ or becoming a regular volunteer leader, your service to young lives could be transformational.

In every location of Young Life, Area Committees provide support, administration and fundraising. If you would like to find out more about how you can be a part of your area’s committee, please contact your local area manager.

Sharing Finances

Financial partnership is always a need, in order to support and expand our work. If you, as a church, family or individual can partner with us by helping finance the ministry in your community, we would love to hear from you.
